PTFE Flexible Hoses
We are supplying two type of PTFE flexible hoses. They are plain and corrugated PTFE hoses. Details of both the types are mentioned below.

PST-3 (Plain ptfe hoses)

Features

• Ptfe synterized resin smooth bore tube.
• The low thickness assures medium permeability values.
• It is very flexible and has agood resistance to impulse stresses.
• It has dialectical and fire resistance properties and reinforcement by single of stainless steel wire (SS-304)
• PTFE flexible hoses are capable of resisting low and high temperature between -70degree C to +260degree C for longer periods and have an unlimited shelf life.

• Diluted or concentrated acids
• Caustics
• Hot lacquers
• Solvents
• Fuel, oil, oxidising agents and gases
• Foods
• Drugs
• Generally unaffected by all chemicals (except melted alkaline metals) so used in laundry, rubber, chemical refrigeration industries.
• Maximum utilisation of steam pressure 250 PSI

PST-4 (Corrugated PTFE Hoses)

Features

• This is convoluted PTFE tube lined hose.
• The convoluted design provides excellent flexibility in bore sizes from 13mm to 75 mm
• An outer stainless steel wire (SS-304) braid reinforcement.

• Hot lacquers
• Solvents
• Fuel, Oil, Oxidising agents and gases
• Foods
• Drugs
• Generally unaffected by all chemicals (except melted alkaline metals) so used in laundry, rubber, chemical refrigeration industries and for vaccum.
